Swat Ceramics submits PAI to acquire 95.5% shares of Karam Ceramics Ltd

November 12, 2021 (MLN): Swat Ceramics Company (Private) Limited has submitted a Public Announcement of Intention (PAI) to acquire up to 95.51% shares of Karam Ceramics Limited.

In this regard, Arif Habib Limited has been appointed as the Manager to Offer by Swat Ceramics Company, in accordance with the provision of the Securities Act 2015 and the listed Companies (Substantial Acquisition of Voting Shares and Takeovers) Regulations, 2017, a notice to Exchange said.
