SPL extends plant shut down for three more weeks

August 16, 2023 (MLN): The management of Sitara Peroxide Limited (PSX: SPL) has decided to extend the suspension of plant operation and production activities for three more weeks, as per the notice issued by the company to PSX.
This is in continuation of the suspension on July 24, and July 07, 2023, due to the non-availability of raw materials/chemicals.
“The management is hopeful that the current scenario will get better; enabling the company to resume its production activities after three weeks.” the notice reads.
To note, the company is engaged in the manufacturing and sale of hydrogen peroxide.
