April 03, 2023 (MLN): Siemens (Pakistan) Engineering (PSX: SIEM), a leading provider of ERP value-added reselling solutions and services, has completed the sale of its business to TMC Private Limited, formerly known as TallyMarks Consulting (Private) Limited, according to a filing on the local bourse.

The transaction was completed on April 01, 2023.

Siemens (Pakistan) Engineering's ERP value-added reselling solutions and services have been widely recognized for their high quality and reliability.

The sale of the business is expected to enable the company to focus on its core business activities, while also providing the buyer with a strong platform to expand its business operations in Pakistan.
