Sapphire Textile Mills enters agreement for RTS Textiles stake

March 25, 2025 (MLN): Sapphire Textile Mills Limited (PSX: SAPT) has entered into agreements to acquire a minority shareholding in RTS Textiles Group Limited, a company incorporated in England and Wales specializing in the manufacture and sale of workwear fabrics globally.

As per the agreements, SAPT may acquire shares in RTS Textiles Group either directly or through a subsidiary, the company's filing on PSX revealed today.

The completion of the transaction is subject to necessary corporate and regulatory approvals.

The strategic partnership is expected to create synergies in manufacturing, marketing, and research and development, benefiting customers and boosting exports from Pakistan.
