Re-composition: NBP exits JS Global Banking Sector index

August 01, 2024 (MLN): The Pakistan Stock Exchange Limited has carried out the re-composition exercise of the JS Global Banking Sector Index (JSGBKTI) as of June 28, 2024.

In accordance with the relevant index rules, the local bourse has excluded the National Bank of Pakistan (PSX: NBP) from the index without making any additions.

The above changes in the Index will take effect from Thursday, August 15, 2024.

In addition, the notice also listed the revised constituents of JSGBKTI along with their weights in the index as of June 28, 2024, as under:
