PSX to implement re-composed PSX-KMI All Share Islamic Index by January 13

January 7, 2020 (MLN): Pakistan Stock Exchange (PSX) via notification has informed that it has carried out the exercise of re-composition of PSX-KMI ALL Share Islamic Index for the review period January 01, 2019, to June 30, 2019.

The recomposition has been carried out on the basis of the criteria of selection of companies as detailed in the brochure of PSX-KMI All Share Islamic Index of Pakistan which can be seen on PSX’s website.

The recomposed PSX- KMI All Share Islamic Index of Pakistan will comprise of 226 companies, in aggregate, out of which 24 new companies have entered the index, whereas 24 companies have been removed from the index.

It is pertinent to mention that recomposed index will be implemented from January 13, 2020.
