PSX announces delisting of WYETH

March 07, 2022 (MLN): Pakistan Stock Exchange (PSX) in the exercise of the powers vested in it in terms of PSX Regulation, has accepted the request for Voluntary Delisting of Wyeth Pakistan Limited (WYETH) and has decided to delist the company from the Exchange with effect from Monday, April 04, 2022, the notice by exchange said today.

The shareholders of the company, who may desire to avail the opportunity of buy-back of shares by the sponsors are advised to approach the purchase agent, Arif Habib Limited.

The purchase agent and the sponsors of the company have already submitted an undertaking to purchase the remaining shares held with the minority shareholders at a price of Rs2,000 per share, which is valid up to February 25, 2023, the notice added.
