PREMA suspends plan for early sukuk payment

April 14, 2025 (MLN): At-Tahur Limited (PSX: PREMA) has disclosed its intention to withdraw the notice regarding the early redemption of its Privately Placed Islamic Sukuk worth Rs750 million, originally issued on April 7, 2025.

The withdrawal is due to certain technical issues beyond the company's control, the notification issued to the local bourse.

The notice had also included details about the associated Closed Period for the final payment, covering both the principal amount and profit accrued during the fund utilization period.

At-Tahur stated that it will keep stakeholders informed about any expedited developments regarding this matter.
