PREMA to raise Rs750m through private placement of Islamic Sukuk

April 08, 2025 (MLN): At-Tahur Limited (PSX: PREMA) is in the process of raising funds through a privately placed Islamic Sukuk worth Rs750 million, the company's filing on PSX revealed today.
The term sheet of the Sukuk is as follows:
