PM, Chinese Ambassador hold talks on cooperation

January 31, 2025 (MLN): Pakistan and China exchanged views on matters related to economic and security cooperation during a meeting between Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif and Chinese Ambassador in Islamabad, Jiang Zaidong.

The Prime Minister warmly welcomed the ambassador and extended his best wishes to the Chinese leadership, the people of China, and all Chinese nationals residing in Pakistan as they celebrated the Chinese New Year, as per the press release issued today.

He expressed hope that the new year would further deepen the bonds of friendship between Pakistan and China, bringing prosperity to both nations.

The Ambassador thanked the Prime Minister and the people of Pakistan for their warm wishes to the Chinese government and its citizens on this joyous occasion.
