Petroleum Minister expects Saudi Crown Prince to bring abundant investment for Pakistan

February 14, 2019 (MLN): Federal Minister for Petroleum Ghulam Sarwar Khan expects Saudi Crown Prince Muhammad Bin Salman to bring abundant investment for Pakistan’s oil and gas sector, terming the support as ‘lasting spring for Pakistan’.

The Crown Prince will be undertaking his first ever two-day state level visit to Pakistan from February 16 to 17, since his elevation to the position of Crown Prince in April 2017.

He is visiting Pakistan at the invitation of Prime Minister Imran Khan, accompanied by a high-powered delegation including members of the Saudi Royal family, key ministers and leading businessmen.

The Saudi Government is accompanying Pakistan on the road of development and welfare. Federal Minister for Petroleum stated that this visit will have a long-lasting impact in boosting Pakistan's economy. “This government welcome Saudi investment plant.”

This Saudi investment came after Government’s focus on bringing foreign investment. Resultantly, Pakistan’s economy will be strengthened due to foreign investment. Public at large will also enjoy the fruits of Saudi investment. Public circles are commending government's initiative for getting this maximal investment.
