April 24, 2025 (MLN): In a recent meeting between Pakistan’s Senator Muhammad Aurangzeb and Saudi Finance Minister Mohammed Aljadaan on the sidelines of the IMF–World Bank Spring Meetings, the discussion focused on the positive impact of Saudi investments in Pakistan’s economic landscape.
Aurangzeb acknowledged the critical role Saudi Arabia has played in supporting Pakistan’s IMF programme and emphasized the government’s determination to continue with crucial reforms.
These reforms, he noted, are key to maintaining economic stability and boosting foreign investment in Pakistan.
The meeting also underscored the importance of ongoing collaboration between the two nations, with Aurangzeb extending an invitation to Aljadaan to visit Pakistan in the near future.
