Pakistan completes policy talks with IMF mission

November 15, 2023 (MLN): The International Monetary Fund (IMF) mission has concluded negotiations with the economic team, with a strong likelihood of a successful outcome, as per Finance Ministry sources

Finance Minister Shamsmad Akhtar has concluded policy level talks with the IMF mission, marking the completion of negotiations.

Accordingly, the IMF mission and economic team will prepare the draft by tomorrow, with the IMF expected to depart the day after its sharing.
