Pak Leather Crafts gets removal of suspension from CDC

June 22, 2022 (MLN): Central Depository Company of Pakistan (CDC) has decided to remove the suspension on the CDS eligibility of the ordinary shares of Pak Leather Crafts Limited (PAKL) with effect from today as the company (issuer) has removed the causes of suspension, the company’s filing on the bourse said.

“However, as notified vide our notice dated April 11, 2013, the suspension of CDS Eligibility of the said securities shall remain in place due to suspension of trading by the Stock Exchange vide notice dated April 10, 2013,” the notice said.

“The effect of such suspension shall be that no transaction will be allowed in respect of the said Securities of the Issuer during the suspension period with the exception of transactions specified in the Procedures placed on our website.”
