Opening Bell: KSE-100 index up by 1,009 pts

April 3, 2020 (MLN): The KSE-100 index has gained 1,009 points in the initial hours of the session and is currently trading at 31,769 points.

As per the revised Designated Time Schedule issued by the Pakistan Stock Exchange, there will be only ONE trading session on Fridays, i.e. today. Moreover, the revised DTS shall take effect from today, and remain applicable until further notice.

Commercial Banks, E&P Companies and Cement Sector have so far made a combined gain of around 670 points.
