January 6, 2022 (MLN): The board of directors of NetSol Technologies Limited (NETSOL) in its meeting held on January 05, 2022, has reappointed Mr. Salim Ullah Ghauri as Chief Executive Officer (CEO) with effect from January 14, 2022, the company filing on PSX showed today.

While Mr. Naeem Ullah Ghauri has been elected as Chairman of the board of directors of the company, the notice added.
