NATM’s shareholders approve merger of Nadeem Power Generation

January 26, 2022 (MLN): The shareholders of Nadeem Textile Mills Limited (NATM) in an extraordinary general meeting, held on January 24, 2022, have approved the merger of Nadeem Power Generation (Private) Limited (NPGPL) with and into NATM, the company’s filing on PSX showed today.

Earlier, on December 28, 2021, the board of directors of NATM had approved the proposed scheme of arrangement involving the merger of NPGPL with and into the company along with all the relevant matters thereto.
