MTB Auction Result: SBP Sells T-Bills Worth Rs. 1,499.22 Billion

The State Bank conducted a MTB auction on Wednesday in which in sold Treasury Bills worth Rs.1,499.22 for 3 & 6 Months. Pre-auction targer was Rs.950 Billion against a maturing amount of Rs.1,207.466 Billion.
No bids were made for the 12 months T-Bill.
SBP sold Rs.1,438.06 Billion in 3 months at a cutoff yield of 6.2591 percent, which was up 1.92 basis points compared to the previous auction. By comparison the SBP only sold Rs.61.160 Billion for 6 Months at a yield of 6.3519 percent (unchanged from previous Auction).
The total auction amount includes Rs.31.50 Billion in Non Competitive bids.
