MTB Auction Result: SBP sells T-Bills worth Rs.14.341 Billion

March 13, 2019 (MLN): The State Bank of Pakistan (SBP) conducted an auction on Wednesday in which it sold T-Bills worth Rs.14.341 Billion for 3Months.

Auction target was Rs. 100 Billion against a maturing amount of Rs.75.457 Billion with the SBP receiving bids worth Rs.6.051 Billion for 3 month, however, no bids were made for the 6 and 12 month Treasury Bills.

The SBP picked up Rs.4.036 Billion from the competitive auction with the cut off yield remaining unchanged at 10.55 percent.

In addition the SBP picked up Rs.10.305 Billion in non-competitive bids making the total accepted value Rs.14.341 Billion.
