MSCI adds just one Pakistani company to Frontier Market Index

May 15, 2024 (MLN): Morgan Stanley Capital International (MSCI) has incorporated just one new Pakistani company into its Frontier Market Index, without making any deletions, MSCI May 2024 index review revealed on Wednesday.

This change will be implemented as of the close of May 31, 2024.

The addition includes National Bank of Pakistan (PSX: NBP).

Accordingly, Pakistan now has 21 stocks in the MSCI Frontier Market (FM) Index.

Meanwhile, no changes were made to the MSCI Frontier Market Small Cap Index.

MSCI is a leading provider of critical decision support tools and services for the global investment community.
