Mian Textile approves investment of Rs31mn in Finox Pvt Ltd

August 23, 2021 (MLN): The Board of Directors of Cordoba Logistics & Ventures Limited (Formerly Mian Textile Industries Limited), in its meeting held today, has approved an investment of PKR 31 million in Finox (Private) Limited for the purchase of its 32.5% equity/ordinary shares of the Company.

The above investment is subject to completion of all legal formalities including the execution of a definitive agreement with Finox (Private) Limited, as per the notice sent to PSX.

Finox (Private) Limited is an award-winning capital markets technology firm that provides digital infrastructure solutions for financial institutions and investors. The firm builds cutting-edge Wealth Management, Robo-Advisory, Financial Analytics and Trade Execution Technology by leveraging Artificial Intelligence and Data Science. Leading products of the firm include: Investors Lounge, Pakistan's leading financial analytics terminal and Invest Pro, a white-label financial analytics solution.

The board also appointed Mr. Zeshan Afzal as Chairman of the Board of Directors with effect from 23-08-2021 in place of Ms. Anum Raza.
