Merit Packaging approves disposal of plant & machinery

June 04, 2025 (MLN): Merit Packaging Limited (PSX: MERIT) has discussed and approved the disposal of the plant and machinery (flexible unit) of the company, along with the Goodwill, located at Korangi Industrial Township, Karachi, to an independent third party.

The Share Transfer Books of the company will remain closed from June 20, 2025, to June 27, 2025, the company's filing on PSX revealed today.

The Extraordinary General Meeting (EOGM) of MERIT will be held on Friday, June 27, 2025, at 03:30 p.m. in Karachi.

Transfers received in order by the Share Registrar of the company, FAMCO Shares Registration Services (Private) Limited, up to the close of business on June 19, 2025, will be considered in time for the purpose of attending the EOGM.
