MCBAH to change its name to MCB Investment Management Limited

May 02, 2023 (MLN): The Board of Directors (BoD) of MCB Arif Habib Savings and Invest (PSX: MCBAH) on Tuesday considered and recommended for approval by the shareholders, the change its name to MCB Investment Management Limited.

This is subject to the approval of shareholders and the Securities and Exchange Commission of Pakistan (SECP) and the completion of legal formalities.

The aforesaid development was in connection with the consummation of the acquisition of 30.09% shares of MCBAH by MCB Bank Limited from Arif Habib Corporation Limited.
