LSEFSL, DCCL merger scheme approved

December 02, 2024 (MLN): The Board of Directors of LSE Financial Services Limited (PSX: LSEFSL) has approved the Scheme of Compromises, Arrangements and Reconstruction of LSE Financial Services Limited with and into Digital Custodian Company Limited (DCCL), the company's filing on PSX revealed.

This is subject to the approval by the Hon'ble Lahore High Court, Lahore.

Furthermore, with the simultaneous approval from the Board of DCCL, the said Scheme stands filed in the Honorable Lahore High Court.
