LSE Capital acquires 5% equity stake in Digital Custodian

June 03, 2025 (MLN): LSE Capital Limited (PSX: LSECL) has acquired the entire 5% equity stake held by Asad Nawaz, a shareholder in Digital Custodian Company Limited, the company's filing on PSX revealed today.

LSECL is licensed as a Modaraba Management company, besides carrying the license to act as a consultant to the issue for IPOs and corporate finance advisory services.

It managed the erstwhile Modaraba Al-Mali, which was merged into LSE Capital during May 2024.

It is now planning to launch a new Modaraba fund under the name of Modaraba Al-Tameer, which will invest in real estate projects and emerging technology companies.
