KSE Closing Bell - Index Loses 116.61 Points

KSE 100 Index ended Wednesday's trading session 116.61 points down to close at 33,949.26. Total traded volume fell to 184m shares from 190m from the previous session. The index traded in a range of 266.27 points touching an intraday high of 34,202.32 (136.45) and a low of 33,936.05 (-129.82) points. 390 companies were traded out of which 172 were up, 183 were down while 35 remained unchanged. Total market cap decreased by Rs.19bn while total value traded was Rs8bn compared to Rs.7bn from the previous session.
