KSE Closing Bell - Index Gains 11 Points

KSE 100 Index began the week with an 11 point gain to close at 33,966.75. Total volume was 135m shares compared to 132m from the previous session. The Index traded at within a narrow range of 124 points or 0.4% from previous close, touching an intraday high of 34,077.14 (122.16) and a low of 33,953.16 (-1.82). Total companies traded were 393 out of which 206 closed up, 171 closed down while 16 remained unchanged. Total Index Market Cap decreased by Rs.1 Bn.
