KSE Closing Bell - Index closes with 34 Point Gain

KSE 100 Index ended Wednesday's trading session with a 33.57 point gain to close at 33,943.74. Total Volume fell to 139m shares compared to 170m shares in the previous session. Total companies traded were 392 out of which 159 closed up, 203 closed down while 30 remained unchanged. The index traded in a range of 177 points, touching an intraday high of 34,036.18 (126.01) and a low of 33,859.41 (-50.76) points, total Market cap decreased by 3.9bn.
