KOSM receives SECP authorization for share issuance

March 25, 2025 (MLN): Kohinoor Spinning Mills Limited (PSX: KOSM) has received authorization from the Securities and Exchange Commission of Pakistan (SECP) to issue 23.6 million ordinary shares at a par value of Rs5/- per share, amounting to Rs118m.

According to the SECP letter dated March 21, 2025, the authorization allows the company to issue these shares by way of an offer other than rights under Section 83(1)(b) of the Companies Act, 2017, in compliance with Regulation 5 of the Companies (Further Issue of Shares) Regulations, 2020.

The aforementioned information was disseminated through a notification to Exchange.

The shares will be allocated to Mr. Khawaja Muhammad Jahangir.
