JSCL relocates registered office to Islamabad

March 07, 2025 (MLN): The board of directors of Jahangir Siddiqui & Co. Ltd (PSX: JSCL) has approved the relocation of the company's registered office from Karachi to room no. 413, 4th floor, ISE Towers, 55-B, Jinnah Avenue, Islamabad, situated in the Islamabad Capital Territory (ICT).

The decision aims to strengthen the company’s strategic positioning and enhance its corporate presence.

The approval was granted at a duly convened board meeting held on March 6, subject to obtaining all necessary corporate and regulatory approvals, the company's filing on PSX revealed.

However, the company's books of accounts and all other relevant documents and registers will continue to be maintained at its existing office at 20th Floor, The Centre, Plot No. 28, SB-5, Abdullah Haroon Road, Saddar, Karachi.

Additionally, the board has approved an amendment to Clause II of the company’s Memorandum of Association (MOA), which will now state: “The registered office of the Company will be situated in Islamabad Capital Territory.”
