Johnson & Phillips to delist from PSX

July 04, 2023 (MLN): The board of directors (BoD) of Johnson & Phillips (Pakistan) Limited (PSX: JOPP) has approved to delist the company from the PSX, JOPP’s filing on PSX revealed today.

The notice states that Mr. Anis, director of the company has been authorized to buy back shares held by minority shareholders of the company at a proposed price of Rs35 per share.

The aforementioned agenda is subject to compliance with the Voluntary De-Listing rules, approval from PSX, approval from shareholders, and approval from other competent authorities.

The company is principally engaged in the manufacturing, installation, and selling of electrical equipment.
