Islamic Naya Pakistan Certificate launched today by SBP

October 23, 2020 (MLN): The Government of Pakistan and State Bank of Pakistan (SBP) has today started issuing Islamic Naya Pakistan Certificates (INPCs) for Overseas Pakistanis and Resident Pakistanis with declared assets abroad, SBP announced on Friday.

Taking to its official twitter handle, SBP said that INPCS carry very attractive expected rates of 5.5-7% on USD & 9.5-11% on PKR.

The INPCs are in full conformity with Shariah Principles and have been certified by reputed Shariah Scholars. Moreover, they are available only through Roshan Digital Accounts which can be opened online by Overseas Pakistanis and by visiting a branch of one of the 8 RDA banks by Resident Pakistanis.
