IGI Holdings acquires 6.04% stake in Packages Limited

February 07, 2025 (MLN): IGI Holdings Limited (IGI) entered into a Share Purchase Agreement (SPA) with Enso AB (Seller) to acquire a 6.04% shareholding in Packages Limited (Packages), a listed associate company of IGI.

The acquisition includes the purchase of 5.39 million ordinary shares from the Seller at a price of Rs 487.5 per share (Transaction).

The aforementioned information was disseminated through a notification to Exchange.

IGI has received pre-merger approval from the Competition Commission of Pakistan, and all other terms and conditions stipulated in the Share Purchase Agreement (SPA) have been satisfied.

As a result, the transaction has been completed.
