HASCOL acquires LPG plant from Marshal Gas Pvt Ltd

October 09, 2018 (MLN): HASCOL Petroleum Limited has announced its acquisition of Liquefied Petroleum Gas (LPG) from Marshal Gas (Private) Limited on Tuesday, 9^th October.

The Oil and Gas Regulatory Authority (OGRA) granted its approval/NOC for the transfer of the LPG plant and assets with the license to operate LPG business to the company on Monday.

According to the notification issued by the company, it intends to commence its LPG operations immediately upon receipt of the NOC from the Competition Commission of Pakistan
