Hallmark Company Ltd changes name to Supernet Technologies Ltd

November 19, 2024 (MLN): Hallmark Company Ltd. (PSX: HCL) has resolved to change its name from "Hallmark Company Limited" to "Supernet Technologies Limited."

HCL shared the development in its notice to the Pakistan Stock Exchange (PSX) on Tuesday.

This change is subject to approval from the SECP and shareholders at the upcoming Extra Ordinary General Meeting, in accordance with the Companies Act, 2017, and other applicable laws.
