Govt decides to appoint Asad Umar as Planning Minister

November 19, 2019: The government, while making a reshuffle in the federal cabinet, has decided to appoint Asad Umar as Minister for Planning and Special Initiatives while Makhdoom Khusro Bakhtyar as Petroleum Minister.
This was stated by Special Assistant to Prime Minister on Information and Broadcasting, Dr. Firdous Ashiq Awan in a tweet on Monday.
