Gold price plummets by Rs 500 to settle at Rs 114,500 per tola

September 11, 2020 (MLN): In domestic market, the price of 24 Karat gold on Friday plunged by Rs 500 to Rs. 114,500 against the price of Rs 115,000 recorded yesterday.

According to the Karachi Sarafa Association, the price of 10-gram gold also witnessed a decrease of Rs 429 to settle at Rs 98,165 against the previous close of Rs 98,594 per-gram.

The price of per tola and 10-gram silver remained stable at Rs 1320 and Rs 1131.68 respectively.

In international markets, gold prices fell to $1944 an ounce against $1956 recorded yesterday.
