Ghani Global Glass to have its share capital increased by Rs 1 billion

September 9, 2020 (MLN): The shareholders of Ghani Global Glass Limited, in their Extra Ordinary General Meeting held on September 5, 2020, have resolved to increase the authorized share capital of the company from Rs. 2 billion to Rs. 3 billion.

In order to implement the same, the shareholders have further resolved to amend and alter the clause 5 of the Memorandum of Association of the company and Clause 4 of Articles of Association.
