General Tyre to shut down its manufacturing plant for maintenance

January 3, 2020 (MLN): The General Tyre and Rubber Company of Pakistan Limited has decided to shut down its manufacturing plant from January 6, 2020 to January 15, 2020, as part of the plant maintenance and annual boiler inspection.
In a notification to Pakistan Stock exchange on Friday, the company disclosed that the plant will restart on January 16, 2020.
Moreover, the company stated that it does not foresee any adverse impact on its sales as the supply of the products to its customers will continue as normal during the said period.
