FFC public offer for AGL concludes with 7.8mn shares

January 13, 2025 (MLN): Fauji Fertilizer Company Limited (PSX: FFC) has concluded its public offer for Agritech Limited (PSX: AGL), receiving 7,847,930 ordinary shares from the general public by the acceptance period's closure on January 4, 2025.

The aforementioned information was disseminated through a notification to Exchange.

Payments have been made by FFC to all shareholders who participated in the public offer.

The public offer aimed to acquire up to 151,052,013 ordinary shares, representing approximately 35.57% of AGL's total paid-up ordinary share capital.

On November 20, 2024, FFC revised the offer price upward from Rs38.84 per share to Rs39.05 per share, which was announced in a Revised Public Announcement of Offer in the same newspapers.
