Engro Holdings receives letter on Eximp Agriproducts divestment

March 12, 2025 (MLN): Engro Holdings Limited (PSX: ENGROH) has received a letter from Engro Corporation Limited regarding the divestment of its wholly owned subsidiary, Engro Eximp Agriproducts (Private) Limited, dated March 12, 2025.

The aforementioned information was disseminated through a notification to Exchange.

ENGROH previously Dawood Hercules Corporation Limited, was incorporated in Pakistan on April 17, 1968 as a public limited company under the Companies Act, 1913 (now the Companies Act, 2017).

The principal activity of the Company is to manage investments including in its subsidiaries and associated companies.
