DH Partners Ltd set for PSX listing on Feb 03

January 31, 2025 (MLN): DH Partners Limited (DHPL) is set to be listed on the stock exchange, with trading commencing on Monday, February 03, 2025, according to the notification issued by PSX.

The Opening Price of the Company's shares will be Rs58.99 per share, as announced by ENGROH and disseminated through PUCARS on January 03, 2025.

DHPL is being listed on the Exchange pursuant to the Scheme of Arrangement under which Engro Holdings Limited (ENGROH), formerly Dawood Hercules Corporation Limited, has been demerged into two legal entities.

As per the Scheme, all its assets, liabilities, and obligations, other than its investment in shares of Engro Corporation Limited (ENGRO), have been vested into DHPL.

The Scheme has been sanctioned by the Islamabad High Court vide Order dated July 18, 2024, and has become effective from January 01, 2025.

As per the swap ratio disclosed in the Scheme, the shareholders of ENGROH have been allotted 1 share of DHPL against 1 share of ENGROH.

Trading in the Company's shares will begin on the PSX Main Board on Monday, February 03, 2025, with settlements occurring on a T+2 basis.

The initial settlement date will be Thursday, February 06, 2025.

The Market Lot of the Company will be 1 share of Rs10/- each.

The Central Depository Company of Pakistan Limited (CDC) has already declared the Company's shares as eligible securities.

All transactions will be settled through the National Clearing Company of Pakistan Limited (NCCPL), which has assigned the Company Code/Security Symbol "DHPL" to the Company.

The Company will be listed under the "Investment Banks/Investment Companies/Securities Companies" sector in the Daily Quotation of the Exchange.
