DGKC proposes renewal of working capital loan of Rs 1 billion to Nishat Hotels

Sept 17, 2020 (MLN): The Board of Directors of D.G. Khan Cement Company Limited (DGKC) has recommended the renewal of the working capital loan of Rs 1 billion extended to Nishat Hotel and Properties Limited, at the mark-up rate of 1-month KIBOR plus 100 bps, which is an associated company for a period of one year starting from the date of approval by the shareholders, the notice issued to PSX said.
