Dawood Hercules sells entire shareholding in HUBCO to Mega Conglomerate

Informing the exchange via a notice, Dawood Hercules (DAWH) has announced that after a proposition form the Mega Conglomerate (Pvt.) Ltd., the company has decided to offload entire shareholding in the Hub Power Company Ltd.
The purchase price has been set at Rs. 106.5/share.
The transaction is subject to all regulatory and corporate approvals.
