KPRA South region collects over Rs1.4bn in Q1 FY27

November 06, 2026 (MLN): Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Revenue Authority (KPRA) has collected over Rs1.4 billion in revenue from its South Region during the first quarter of the financial year 2026–27, exceeding its quarterly revenue target against an annual goal of Rs4.4bn.

The region collected Rs422m in October alone, with officials assuring that efforts are underway to achieve the annual target and surpass it by a significant margin, according to APP.

The performance was reviewed by KPRA Director General Irum Naz during her visit to the authority’s Sub-Regional Office in Kohat on Friday. Additional Collector South Region Rizwan Ullah and his team briefed the DG on revenue collection across various sectors.

Appreciating the region’s performance, Irum Naz commended the officers for their efforts and urged them to maintain the momentum to further improve revenue collection.

During the visit, the regional team also highlighted key logistical requirements to strengthen operational capacity.

The DG assured the team of the authority’s full support, including assistance in securing dedicated office buildings for the sub-offices in Dera Ismail Khan and Kohat, along with the provision of vehicles to improve operational efficiency.
