January 25, 2019 (MLN): Dawood Hercules Corporation Limited (DAWH) has appointed Mr. Asim H. Akhund as the Company Secretary with effect from January 15, 2019.

The aforesaid information was disclosed via a formal notification issued to the Pakistan Stock Exchange (PSX) and signed by DAWH’s CEO Mr. Inam-ur-Rahman.
