DAWH appoints Shamoon Chaudry as CEO

December 17, 2021 (MLN): The Board of Directors of Dawood Hercules Corporation Limited (DAWH) has approved the appointment of Mr. Mohammad Shamoon Chaudry for the position of Chief Executive Officer (CEO) with effect from January 1, 2022, company’s filing on bourse showed today.
The board also appointed Mr. Kamran Hanif Jangda for the position of Chief Financial Officer (CFO), the notification noted.
Mr. Inam ur Rahman will continue to serve till December 31, 2021, as CEO of the Company. The board acknowledged his valuable contribution to the company during his tenure as CEO.
The board also informed that Mr. Inam ur Rahman will continue to remain with the group to serve at another senior leadership position.
