Corporate Alerts: Change of Name and Security Symbol of Hallmark Insurance Company Limited

In a notification to the relevant stakeholders, PSX has notified that the name of the Company: HALLMARK INSUARANCE COMPANY LIMITED has been changed as HALLMARK COMPANY LIMITED. The National Clearing Company of Pakistan Limited vide its letter No. NCCPL/CS/252/17 dated July 06, 2017 has assigned a new security symbol i.e. “HCL” to HALLMARK COMPANY LIMITED, in place of HALLMARK INSURANCE COMPANY LIMITED “HMICL”.
The name of the company and security symbols will be changed w.e.f. Thrusday, July 13, 2017.
