Shareholders approve Hallmark's name change to Supernet

November 20, 2024 (MLN): The shareholders of Hallmark Company Ltd. (PSX: HCL) have resolved to rename the company as "Supernet Technologies Limited."

This change is now subject to approval by the SECP in accordance with the Companies Act, 2017, and other applicable laws.

Consequently, the company's name will be updated in its Memorandum and Articles of Association, and all necessary formalities will be completed accordingly.
