China's raw coal output increases by 4.3% YoY in March

April 24, 2023 (MLN): China's raw coal output has increased 4.3% YoY to 420 million tonnes in March 2023, according to the National Bureau of Statistics.
Within 1QCY23, the output has jumped by 5.5% higher than a year earlier at 1.15 billion tonnes, the bureau said.
Meanwhile, China's coal imports stood at 100 million tonnes in the January-March period, up by 96.1% from a year ago, the data showed.
